The Madurai Bench asked the State Health Department to film and record the autopsies conducted in all government hospitals across the State. Answering to one Public Interest Litigation filed by an advocate from Madurai RM Arun Swaminathan, the division Bench took serious concerns on whether post-mortems are actually being conducted or reports are being filed in “cut-paste” mode.
