A 55 years old lady presented with a rapidly growing swelling for a  period of two months, leading to dyspnoea, dysphagia and voice change to hoarseness(T4B  N 0 ). On clinical evaluation, there was  a 8 x12 cm irregular hard  mass without nodes, and lower limit well made and  moving on deglutition.

Biochemically she was euthyroid  but raised thyroid antibody (TPO).
