An 86-year-old female patient was presented to us today. The patient was vomiting last night continuously for several hours. Upon admission, the patient showed dry mouth and anaemic conditions. However, the patient did not complain of any abdominal pain. The primary exam also showed that patient was confused and dazed. The family member told that this has been never observed and the patient has a very good memory.
Upon further enquiry, we discovered that patient was having previous history of hyperthyroidism and anemia. The family member also told us that patient generally sits on one side while watching TV, indicating that one side of the face is more active. Blood tests showed elevated calcium levels (13.9mg/dl). X-ray indicating respiratory infection. Urine reports indicate urinary tract infection as well. What can be the diagnosis?
