A forty-seven-year-old lady presented with intractable itching for 6 months along with complaints of loss of appetite, weakness, and low-grade fever. On further discussion with the patient, it was informed that she had undergone Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy one and a half years back. She had a stormy post-operative period and required another surgery. She had a long stay at the hospital. She was discharged with a tube in the abdomen. The tube continued draining bad fluid at 2 months.

She explained about the leak from the bile tube and underwent an endoscopic procedure and stenting to decrease the leak.
