Case presentation A 33-year-old man reported to a clinic with a complaint of a perianal lesion that surfaced a couple of days ago (Cover images 1A and B). Lesions with a different appearance at the site of the trunk (Cover images 1C and D) and two vesicular lesions on the arm surfaced eventually (Cover images 1E and F). History The patient was diagnosed with HIV infection in 2016. He was treated with dolutegravir/rilpivirine 50/25 mg and responded well. Vaccination The patient was fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Complaints One week before reporting to the clinic, he experienced asthenia, malaise, and anorexia. In addition, two small papular lesions on both elbows and an ulcerated anal lesion started appearing. Later, a new lesion appeared on the right cheek with faryngodynia and sneezing.
