A 60-year-old male presented with discomfort in lower anterior gingiva and burning sensation for the past 1 year. He had noticed few vesicles in the same area and in buccal mucosa which used to burst within few seconds. There was no history of alcohol, smoking, drug intake, chewing gums, dentifrices, or any such diet components. Patient's history was unremarkable where cutaneous or mucosal surfaces were involved. Examination The absence of bleeding was noted in the intra-oral examination.

Diffuse white linear erythematous striae were seen in the lower anterior region extending from free to attached gingiva (Image part A).
