A 55-year-old male presented with past medical history of allergic rhinitis along with eight-month history of nasal bridge swelling, headaches and intermittent blurry vision. Physical examination revealed mild nasal bridge swelling and tenderness to palpation. Radiological findings His sagittal CT scan revealed an irregular mass involving the right-anterior frontoethmoidal sinus and a portion of the cribriform plate with bone erosion (image attached). A maxillofacial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed dural invasion.

The patient was scheduled for surgical excision. Pathological findings The frozen section diagnosis was reported as spindle cell neoplasm.
