A 41-year-old woman was presented for the white lesion (measuring 0.5 * 0.8cm) with central ulceration on the left border lateral tongue. It was painful and present for the last 1 month. The patient denied tobacco chewing or smoking. However, she reported Scleroderma for the past 11 years.
