This is the video of 5 days old having resp distress with weak hoarse cry having Supra sternal recession and subcostal recession.His HR 134, RR 50, SPO2 around 90to 92 %, started accepting breastfeed, initially had plenty of throat secretions h/o meconium aspiration.Resp distress persisting.   Is this a case of tracheolaryngomalacia?
