A boy of 25 years brought to me for non-responsive ch osteomyelitis of mandible rt, 12 courses of various/all antibiotics given in six months by various doctors in the city, No response to any one. All investigations cbc, ESR, ct scan, X-ray pus from sinus c/s three times sterile. On inquiring he told his father was TB pt when he was 8 years old.
I repeated all tests ESR 05, MT -tive, X-ray chest NAD, X-ray of mendible showed a shadow in muscle over mendible, MRI of this area states no osteomyelitis, only soft tissue masseter muscle collection. Suggestions are required on how to treat this case.
