The current article is an update in the field of Neonatology, adopted from the findings published in the Journal of Clinical Neonatology. Ventilator induced lung injury is reduced by using noninvasive ventilation in neonatal care units. Current article reviews the use of various modes of Noninvasive ventilators in case of preterm infants.
