A 6 year old girl presents with difficulty in walking. On examination painful hyperkeratotic lesions were seen on the plantar aspect of her feet. Past history is significant for treatment of bilateral corneal ulceration and opacities at 1 year of age. She was born out of a consanguineous marriage and similar complaints were present in her maternal uncle and grandmother. What is the suggestive diagnosis?
