Case presentation A 40 weeks, four days pregnant 20-year-old woman presented with generalized edema, exertional dyspnea, breath shortness at rest for one month, and dry cough for two days. At the antenatal period of the 39 th week, she was diagnosed hypertensive with no proteinuria. She was on tab methyldopa (250 mg) daily twice. Family history Elder sister died due to dyspnea and suspected heart failure during pregnancy Father died due to blood cancer Among four sister and twi brothers, she was third.
