Medical practice is more demanding nowadays,patient wants that doctor listens to his /her problems properly as some time he/she wants to say more history or symptoms or stories which are not related to the disease concerned which a doctor assume as a little told to him and then doctor wants to examine and write prescription calling another waiting patient in clinic. But the patient is not satisfied until a doctor listens to him fully.
Same way during examination patient wants that a doctor examines him thoroughly general and systemic examinations touching and auscultating all concerned body parts or internal examination of mouth, throat, larynx, vagina, rectum if disease relates to these organs. During writing prescription he wants that every medicine written legibly, dose, how to take it with water or milk before or after food, how many times and at gap if 2-3 medicines written.…
