Intermittent left bundle branch block (LBBB) is an uncommon conduction disturbance with only a few cases reported in the literature, mainly following myocardial ischemia or cardiac injury blunt trauma. Usually, intermittent LBBB means the presentation of LBBB in a particular time and then disappearing to normal or with ischemic changes later. In certain cases, LBBB presenting as 1:1 is seen namely one cycle normal and next LBBB and alternate. In the particular ECG shown in the picture, it is showing Intermittent LBBB with 2 normal cycles with one LBBB pattern which is not noted in any of the literature so far.
The patient came for cataract fitness and ECG showing in consecutive two days the same finding. He was given fitness and undergone cataract surgery and after five days showing a normal ECG. The patient is advised CAG soon. He is put on antiplatelet aspirin as a safety…
