Case presentation A 26-year-old male reported to the hospital with reddish spots on the tongue, associated with a burning sensation. The patient was aware of the lesion since childhood but left it untreated. Initially, the lesion was present only in a small area, however, with advancing age, the lesion spread over the whole tongue.
