Artificial Engineering of blood vessels in teeth has revolutionized regenerative endodontics and root canal treatment. The current article provides insights into latest developments in pre-clinical root canal treatment research. In the case of dental caries and loss of pulp tissue, root canal treatment offers the best solution. The biological response of the tooth is lost due to the filling of synthetic biomaterials after removal of dead and infected tissue.
