Glycemic variability is one of the most important topics in glucose control. It is referred to as fluctuations in glucose levels. It includes episodes of hypoglycaemia and hyperglycaemia occurring randomly throughout the day and at the same time. It is responsible for macrovascular and microvascular complications like the inflammation, reduction in inflammation markers and, reduction in endothelial function and many such complications associated with endothelial cells.
