Today more individuals have to take food from agencies that serve food for company employees, plant communities, and individuals working away from home. Our country does face a health setback due to poor quality of foods served with regards to ingredients used (excess chili, spice, & condiments, stale foods) or foods kept for too long on the shelf, and poor practices especially with regard to hygiene and cooking. We see deaths, loss of health and morbidity due to poor food served. Most people who take food at roadside food joints get diarrhea due to Staph, E.
