i have noticed in nutritional rehabilitation centre where SAM children with complications are admitted , many children do not gain sufficient weight despite all efforts , all the base line investigations are found normal like, CBC, Urine <CXR..WE follow WHO gyidelien and give treatment as per protocol,.. Vitamin supplement, micronutrient supplement even then around 50% child complications are recovered but weight gain is not as per guidelien .Please share your experience
