Recently we celebrated "World Nurses Day" to appreciate the contribution of nurses in the healthcare. As we all know, we all need nurses to provide support and further care for a majority of patients we treat. Not only that, well-trained nurses also give psychological relief to many patients during their care in the hospitals. However, the recent statistics shows that in India though there are 1.4 million trained nurses, only 13 trained nurses are at service per 1,00,000 patients. We have also seen that a lot of trained nurses immigrating to Middle-East and other countries like Australia, UK etc.
