All individual love their name. Addressing someone with his/her name is great for better communication and rapo. During clinical training medical students are asked to call the patient by their name if possible. However, no one ever teaches us to call our other team members like nurses with name rather calling sister or nurse.
Same applied by nurses calling us as doctor or sir. I think this is not good for human communication in a team, calling someone by their professional name. Should doctor address nurses and other assistants with their name?
