Although doctors are like GODs to the patients, there are some cases we just cannot help. Many a time, patients come at a terminal stage when the situations are out of bounds.

Sometimes I ask myself why situations make us helpless even in this era of ultra-advanced therapeutics, robotic surgeries, and gene-therapies. Should I feel sorry if I cannot save the life of my patient with end-stage diseases?
