A 48-year-old woman presented with a several month history of abdominal fullness. Her health history was significant for eosinophilic pneumonia which had been treated with continuous consumption of glucocorticoids for 7 years. On examination, her abdomen was soft but distended, with normal bowel sounds. CT was performed.
