Synopsis Almost 75% of individuals with tuberous sclerosis complex (TCS) have Facial angiofibromas which results in disfigurement and morbidity. Current treatment options are partially effective, produce scarring and repetitively occur. Thus, the aim of our present study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of topical rapamycin for TSC-related facial angiofibromas.
