rI m dr yadav a retd person wants to do online course from john hopkins ,the courses 1cl cardiology,2 rheumatology3 diabetology.which course i should do.tution charges of cardiology are highest n for rheum n diabet are less n same.pl advise me. Recently a inst from bombay was constatly pursuing me to do one course of cl cardiology , but i preffer rheumatology , which course is suitable for me.
