Medical profession is already facing lot of heat because of so many laws and now another demand by media to enact one more law for surrogacy. I want to ask- Did PNDT act has lowered the sex ratio? Did Nursing home and hosptial establishment act is of any help? Has consumer protection act helped in decreasing the negligence by doctors? Did prevention of cruelty to animals helped the medical profession - in training the doctors without dissection of animals ? Where are we going?
