Lower lip squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) encompasses around 25% of all oral cancers. This disorder can attack the deep mandible and muscle and metastasize to lymph nodes of the neck. The surgical treatment plan for patients with SCC comprises of excision of the tumor, dissection of lymph node, and reconstruction of the lip. The present case study is about a patient who was admitted to the hospital for a tumor in his lower lip and was diagnosed with SCC. Case presentation      A 68-year-old male farmer was admitted to the hospital for a tumor in his lower lip.
