A 47-year-old male patient presented to us with obs.jaundice and on work up was found to have a periampullary growth the biopsy of which was poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. His metastatic workup was negative. He underwent Whipple's operation. Postop, his final specimen HPE report is Neuro endocrine carcinoma.The retroperitoneal surface of pancreas and peripancreatic tissue is involved, 4/5 lymph node shows mets, LVI &PNI is present.
Patient is fit and ready for discharge. What should be the next treatment plan? IHC is awaited. Share your opinions.
