Tubectomy can be deferred / Postponed Permanantly till Menopause, using 5, 7, 11-year contraception Loops — Regularly Replaced Accordingly. Patients often insist on Tubectomy at Caesarean section — in view of avoiding second surgery and its costs. Patients do not recognize that Tubectomy is almost irreversible and recanalization surgery often fails. Often Obstetricians are forced to do Tubectomy at cesarean section, due to pressure from patients, — Without even complete check of the baby for congenital anomalies, etc Later when some mishap / Accident happens to Children ( often within a month of birth ) — The same patients blame Obstetricians.
