It has been recommended that babies should be breastfed for about six months, followed by continued breastfeeding as complementary foods. However, a recent study has shown that small amounts of formula can be used to supplement breastfeeding with positive results. Experts will present both sides of this debate, as well as review the factors that lead breastfeeding mothers to use formula and stop breastfeeding.
