35Y/F non-diabetic, non-hypertensive with no complaints came to OPD with reports of T3 471(55-185), T4 6.25 (4-11.75) and TSH 4.52. I asked her to repeat the test for  FT3 FT4 and TSH along with TPO and ATG AB, ESR. Can I ask her for USG thyroid or thyroid scan or any other investigations? What could be the reason for raised T3?

What would be the line of management for such kind of patients? Please advise. Thanks & Regards.
