A Patient who was allegedly beaten by the son of MLA and his associate was admitted to the hospital. Discharge summary of this case first appeared on social media before a patient can access it which also state "No untoward incident took place". Based on this MLA' son applied for bail which was rejected and the court observed that doctor has exceeded his limits while writing discharge summary.
The doctor has put himself in trouble which may be for the sake of obliging or under political pressure. Has the doctor really exceeded his limits or not? What is your opinion on this case?
