Patient aged about 60 years was having troublesome epigastric pain. He came to general practitioner for the treatment. The consulting physician was absent on that particular day in the town so patient came to general practitioner for his medical help. The patient had Myocardial Infarction. This lead to graves diseases. This middle aged average male patient received Anti-ulcer-Hyperacidity treatment with anti-ulcer injection.
He came walking & went home walking but surprisingly expired at midnight at his place without any chest pain or Myocardial Infarction signs & symptoms. Patients relatives & friends blamed concerned general practitioner- the doctor for his death. They came for the dispute & compensation. What can be done in this situation where the sources are limited for the GP?
