A fake medical institution called ‘Medical Council of Patent Medicine of Bhojpur’ has been running parallel to the Medical Council of India and has granted more than 800 fake degrees to students to become doctors for the last several years. Patna high court upheld the single bench order to CBI to investigate the allegations against this fake institution. This fake institution has been granting fake affiliation to medical colleges and degrees to students for becoming a doctor.
More than 812 fake degrees in various fields of medicine have already been granted to students for practicing medicine and granting fitness certificate to general public.
