A 14-year-old female is brought to the hospital with a complaint of a severe headache. Upon questioning, the girl explains that she has had a persistent headache for the last two weeks and that it feels like her headache is gradually worsening. The girl also reported a recent onset of forehead swelling. Imaging and findings: A computed tomography (CT) of the head without IV contrast exposed opacification of the right ethmoid, bilateral frontal sinuses, and the right maxillary.
