A 67-year-old man was brought to the emergency department by ambulance with new left-sided limb weakness and a left facial droop. He suddenly fell from the chair half hour ago and started experiencing symptoms such as slurring of speech, dizziness, and weakness in the left hand. While on the way to the hospital he developed a left-sided facial droop. History: He had a previous history of angina. He was alcoholic and smoker. He was on medications for hypertension and dyslipidemia.
