A 50-year-old woman visited the outpatient department with complaints of painless swelling in her left foot. She informed that the swelling first occurred after a foot sole injury and was worsening since the past 23 years. On physical examination, large swollen indurate mass palpable on foot  was observed (Figure 1, cover image). Radiological investigation including X-rays (Figure 2, cover image) revealed multiple osteolytic lesions, erosions of the tarsus, and soft-tissue swelling.
