A 22-year-old Caucasian woman with no relevant medical, family, or psychosocial history visited her family doctor for a routine check-up. She followed a balanced diet, exercised regularly, and had a body weight of 62 kg and a height of 173 cm. There was no history of prior pregnancies or abortions.
During the visit, the patient reported no symptoms but mentioned a recent lifestyle change aimed at weight loss, noting that she had been overweight approximately 15 months earlier.
