A 4-year-old girl was presented to the ED by her parents with a complaint of wheezing which she started to experience an hour before this presentation. Her parents reported that she was warm to touch while she was at home. However, she had a maximum temperature of 99°F (37.2°C). Furthermore, there was no history of abnormal breathing patterns, pallor, rash, jaundice, or any other specific complaints. The child had been normal in behavior and was tolerating oral intake.
