Case Presentation A 29-year-old gravida 2 para 1 woman at 35 weeks of gestation presented to the obstetrics ward with complaints of generalized weakness, nausea, and bruising over the past week. She noticed easy bruising over her arms and legs, progressing to petechial rash and purpura. She also reported mild headache and dizziness.

Her past medical history was unremarkable, with one previous uncomplicated vaginal delivery. There was no history of trauma, recent infection, or medication use other than prenatal vitamins.
