Case presentation A five-year-old child with no significant medical history was followed in a pediatric surgery department for a congenital subcutaneous swelling of the chest wall. The mass showed progressive enlargement over time. Clinical examination Apyretic, good general condition Poorly defined mass of the right chest wall, measuring 18 cm Renitent and mobile on palpation Positive transillumination (Figure 1) Figure 1 .
