Fetiform teratoma is a rare form of ovarian dermoid cyst that closely resembles a human fetus. Clinically, fetiform teratoma is a benign ovarian tumor that majorly occurs in women of reproductive age. These tumors develop a high degree of uneven and unstructured differentiation, resulting in the formation of a malformed fetus (fetiform structure).
