Case Presentation A five-year-old male was brought to the dermatology clinic with a six-month history of a persistent erythematous nodule located on the right nasolabial fold. The lesion was asymptomatic, showing no pain, pruritus, or systemic symptoms, although occasional episodes of mild suppuration were reported.
