Case Presentation A 57-year-old woman presented with complaints of inflammation, hardness, and orange peel appearance of the skin of the right breast. Patient history The patient reported that a palpable mass of the right axilla preceded the breast lesion and gradually enlarged over three months. She also took a few antibiotics, but symptoms were not improved. When the axillary mass was first observed, mammography detected an enlarged lymph node in the axilla without any other abnormality in the breast (Cover image).
The patient further reported that she had undergone a hysterectomy four years ago for a borderline mucinous tumor of the right ovary. One month ago, she also started to notice the enlargement of the mass and experienced mild fever. At that time, the clinical examination had shown palpable ipsilateral supraclavicular lymph nodes in the right region. Clinical findings duringβ¦
