Case Presentation A healthy woman in her early 20s, with no significant past medical history, presented to the hospital after an acute illness. She had been functioning normally at baseline and was fully independent in her daily activities prior to the onset of her symptoms.

Initial Presentation Presented multiple times to the emergency department with: Right-sided chest pain Dry cough Flu-like symptoms Initially diagnosed with costochondritis.
