A 37-year-old male presented with a gradual decline in cognitive functions for the last three years. His frequent forgetfulness hampered his work life and he had to change jobs. Two years ago, he started developing apraxia and apathy. His disorientation increased to an extent where he was unable to reach home from work, he began speaking to himself and he was fired from his job due to his forgetfulness. He tested negative for any immunodeficiency or syphilis.
His laboratory findings were normal. Brain MRI (Image A and B) and PET imagining (Image C and D) are given. What can be the probable diagnosis? (Answer is posted in the comment section below!) *This patient case is from the Docplexus Editorial Team for educative purposes only.
