A 33-year-old lady was presented to the hospital with high blood pressure, acute renal failure and hyperreninemia with hyperaldosteronism, and was also suspected with other complications. The diagnostic tests were done and the presented results complicated the situation, even more, thus an exclusion strategy was used to diagnose the disease.
