Hello to all my seniors and colleagues. I have a patient who is a know case of DM2 on OHA initially with well controlled blood sugars. Now she is pregnant with first trimestor. Obese. I have put her on Human Mixtard 30:70 and gradually increased the dose to around 60 units a day in 2 divided doses.

Still her blood sugars remains in range of 300. Fasting PP , Random all blood sugars are extremely high. Please guide me how should I persue the case. Regards.
