Case Presentation A 31-year-old male with no significant past medical or surgical history presented with a painless, gradually enlarging swelling over the right cheek near the nasolabial fold, persisting for two years. The swelling had progressively increased in size and was associated with cosmetic concern and mild discomfort while smiling, but there was no history of trauma, infection, discharge, or systemic symptoms.

He did not report any prior similar lesions, and his overall health status was otherwise unremarkable.
